The Plato Tactical Field Shirt combines the look of a classic field shirt with lightweight performance materials designed for tactical and outdoor use. Its clean, low-profile appearance makes it equally at home in the field, on the range or as part of an everyday outdoor wardrobe. Made from Pentagons specially developed Ultra155 ripstop fabric, the shirt uses a lightweight 79% polyester and 21% cotton blend weighing just 155 GSM. The T400 stretch fiber construction provides additional freedom of movement while the ripstop weave improves durability without adding unnecessary weight. WHY ITS BUILT THIS WAY Lightweight ripstop performance At just 155 GSM, the Ultra155 fabric keeps the shirt light and comfortable during warm-weather activities and extended wear. The 79% polyester / 21% cotton blend combines polyesters durability, quick-drying performance and shape retention with cottons natural softness and breathability. The result is a practical balance between performance and comfort that works well for active field use while still feeling natural during everyday wear. The ripstop construction helps limit tearing and improves the shirts durability without adding unnecessary weight. The fabric also features a Teflon™ liquid repellant treatment by DuPont®, helping repel water-based spills, dirt and common stains so the shirt stays cleaner and is easier to maintain.
